just humbly for the sake of the HQ matter..
I believe archiemr4 has better sound. this one has warbling of low-bandwwidth mp3 artefacts, maybe including denoizer attempt.

technical hint (to whom it concerns ^_^)

lost quality under home-equipment conditions cannot be regained.
there are denoisers, EQs and a lot of other gadgets. often built in with consumer software like audio and video home production suites.
but any processing after mp3 compression (or on any uploaded material that is other than original WAV) will increase artefacts i.e. imperfections and distortions, and harm clarity and emotion.

some studio software in the range of thousands of dollars can indeed do something (like improve noise ratio and reduce distortion) but still not always and in a limited range.

subjectively, YMMV ;)
